Hi! 

I’m Aida Sadeghi, MS, CNS board certified nutritionist and the Founder of FeelGoodEats Nutrition.

My passion lies in supporting clients to use food as a tool to take charge of their health without giving up the things they enjoy.  I’ve struggled with controlling the number on the scale, blood sugar and cholesterol and had to learn how to properly fuel and support my body and health. I didn’t want to be forced to take meds and had to change my way of living... for the better.

Now I can enjoy eating foods I like without the guilt of wrecking my body.
